By the way, does anyone know if there is a way to use VirtualBox to install an OS right onto a usb stick, and then just boot it up that way outside of Virtualbox, just booting up the PC the normal way.

There is no virtualbox-archlinux-additions package. I’ve been following these instrctions to install the guest packages for arch linux. I am assuming pacman wasnt able to resolve the virtualbox package name from default listing, running net-tools made it get new newer list of packages.

Why might this be? If so uninstall them and then install creebsd package. Log in or sign up in seconds. That could be the reason. I do not have access to archlinux so could not confirm any of this.

Arch Linux is guest on VirtualBox which runs under Win7. VirtualBox runs on Win7.
I bet they care. Module vboxsf not found.
Module vboxvideo not found. But I wonder why I have to do this junk at all; the guest additions were working fine before I upgraded my system this morning.
